We rehomed Harpo when he was 10 months old and quite a handful! It was tough work to start, but our efforts paid off and we've now got a beautiful, affectionate, smart hound that makes us very proud (most of the time!). We've tried Canicross, synchronised obedience, trick training and scentwork. But my best time is out in the wilds with Harpo - multi-day walks, camping, canoeing, whatever adventure we can find.
Every chance I get, I'll take him on a job with me, presenting anthropology, archaeology and adventure shows for TV or researching pieces for written features. He's come to visit ancient stone circles, met mountain rescue search dogs, wild camped across Dartmoor and canoed down...

Hi there, My name's Helen and I have 3 dogs, Galilea, Iolanthe and Kibuluu. Galilea and Iolanthe are mixed breed, mainly Boston Terriers, they are 20 months old Kibuluu is a Sprollie (mostly Collie) and he is 11 weeks old.
We have some problems with dog beds in our household, and we now mostly stick to blankets, because Galilea and Iolanthe like to play 'to me, to you' and they are not very good at it! So the remains of the dog beds end up being spread all around the house. The Country Dog Heavy Duty Crate pad looked sturdy enough for us to try, and is a last ditch attempt to find a bed that can survive our puppies.
I purchased the crate pad for Galilea and Iolanthe to take with us...

My name is Emma and I work as a part time small animal vet as well as studying for a masters degree at the University of Nottingham's Veterinary School. I will try almost anything so long as it gets me outside and moving!
We all know our fur baby is special, but Mouse my rescue Jack Russell terrier is a fur baby with a few special requirements.
Her history is unknown, but when we met she was very poorly with suspected poisoning. Fast forwards a few months and Mouse was back to fitness and very keen to get out with me on my adventures, but she has a tendency to 'forget' where her front feet are and drag her toes on longer runs and walks (she doesn't really know where they are).

I ordered the medium sized Danish Design Heritage Houndstooth Box Duvet for my dog Noah. Noah is a 4 year old Polish Lowland Sheepdog (a medium size dog) and has had a number of different beds in the past. I have found previous beds have tended not to last long as Noah likes to dig and scratch the beds in an attempt to get comfortable before laying down!
What first attracted me to the box duvet was the colour and design as it was red which matches our bedroom decor, looked rather smart and was reasonably priced. The box duvet was advertised as hardwearing and comfortable as it is filled with super-soft thermal polyester fibre and the dimensions also meant it would fit inside Noah's...

Hi there, my name's Risha and my two dogs, Florence the Cocker Spaniel and Neo the Golden Retriever both love the Pets & Leisure Luxury Heavy Duty Tweed Mattress!
Neo is 10 years old and I got this for Flo late last year, she is now 8 months old and since I purchased this bed in November 2013 the two of them regularly fight over whom is going to lie across the mattress. I bought a large dog bed hoping that they might both be happy to share it but at this rate I think I may have to get another one! Both Neo & Flo love the bed and use it to play and fall asleep on.
I have bought a number of beds in the past for the both of them and this is most definitely their preference out of all of...
