Privacy Policy

It's simple - Muddy Paws does not disclose any information on its customer's to any third party on any occasion. The only people beyond this are the couriers we use.

Muddy Paws will never send junk email to you. You will only ever be sent emails containing order information. We will only send you additional emails if you have opted to receive and these emails will be promoting services and products offered by Muddy Paws. Occasionally Muddy Paws will send surveys to it's entire database requesting feedback on our products and services.

The information about you which we retain is as follows:

Your name, address, telephone number and details about your dog(s). We do not hold any credit card details as this is all processed online.  Any information we hold on you will always be current and precise. Should you find any innacuraccies in our database please do let us know and we can amend it immediately, alternatively you can log-on and amend it yourself.

Discount Codes

From time to time here at Muddy Paws we offer discount codes to be redeemed against your first order or on certain promotions. Please note that these are only valid when no other promotions are running (for example when there is a 10% sale, you cannot redeem a further 10% off, sorry!) and the codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Our website is designed to always offer you the best discount, but if you have any questions please do get in touch!

Credit Card details

Muddy Paws uses SagePay and Paypal to manage its online payment process. Both of these providers are secure payment providers. Muddy Paws does not retain any customer's credit card details. In the event of a customer providing details to us over the phone, we shred credit card numbers to uphold our customer's security.

If you have any further queries about Muddy Paws or indeed any of the above information, then please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
