25-Dec-2015	4	Sorry to rate the company as poor as the chap I spoke to when I called the company a second time to chase my order was so nice. But my 3-5 day delivery took 8 days for the collar and 10 for the rest, by which time I had bought a collar and various other toys for my new puppy to play with. Xmas post was blamed but despite this the delay was excessive and will sadly put me off using the company, certainly if I had any time constraints. The customer service during my first phone call was poor.	No Comment
