Kong

Before you try any Kong products, it is worth knowing how the brand evolved - the founder of Kong, Joe Markham, adopted a retired police dog (Fritz), who loved nothing more than chewing on rock, sticks and other harmful items. One day, Joe was refurbishing an old VW Camper Van and began throwing old parts out - Fritz immediately found a rubber suspension part and adopted it as his own. This is why many Kongs are the shape they are and why Kong often opt for the irregular shape as they then have an irregular bounce!

Kong produce four core ranges, Puppy, Classic, Extreme and Senior, so there really is something for every dog from 8 weeks upwards. It is important to note that Kong products are not chew proof and that you should not really leave your dog unattended with one of these toys.
