Love Dogs? Take a look at Septemberís best dog events in 2014

As part of our quest to provide you with everything you need to live life to the full with your pet pooch we have sniffed out the best dog shows of 2014 for you to attend. You can show off your perfectly primed pets and admire others cute and cuddly friends. From shows to parades and classes to competitions, you're sure to have a great time at one of these great dog shows.

That's why we have decided to this time round up September's best dog shows...

If you are a dog or you are a human who has a dog, wants a dog, loves all things dog then Woofstock UK is the place for you. On the 13th September 2014 we will be holding a festival by dogs for dogs where you can come and listen to some great music, visit some great stalls and join in with some great events. As we grow over the coming months we will be adding more things that will be happening on the day. Muddy Paws are one of the principal sponsors of this event and there are some great classes to enter with great prizes to be won!

Paws in the Park dog shows have grown phenomenally over the last 8 years. Catering as they do for working, trained and pet dogs, they can now boast that they are the largest outside/ inside dog shows of their kind held anywhere in the UK. Every dog is special to their owners and the MDS philosophy is that all of their 4 legged visitors to Paws in the Park deserve a special dog day out. At both the Spring and Autumn Paws in the Park Shows there are top class arena events and displays, a huge companion dog show with special classes for cross breeds and the popular K9 Aqua Zone and Dash 'N' Splash.

With fun and competitive categories including the'Best Biscuit Catcher', the 2nd Millets dog show is sure to be fun for all the family. There are numerous classes to enter with your family pooch, as well as a selection of stalls and stands to browse. This is a charity event supporting the Guide Dogs and spectators enter for free.

New for 2014 - Agility Arena: 11am Agility Demonstration followed by "have a go yourself"

Chiswick House Dog ShowChiswick House Dog Show 2014

Chiswick House Gardens

28th September

Last year over 500 dogs & their proud owners took part in the ninth Chiswick House Gardens Dog Show. Organised by Chiswick House Organised Walkers, you'll find breeds of all shapes and sizes to compete in the dog show, which includes celebrity judges! You'll find many local businesses involved in this popular free community event.
